The Owner

Taniela (Tan-yell-uh) Cox is a University of New Mexico graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in Accounting. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised in both Albuquerque and Suva, Fiji, Taniela’s natural philosophy has always been guided by a multicultural background. In the summer of 2025, he was sworn in as a Certified Public Accountant by the New Mexico Board of Public Accountancy. He has worked in public accounting for three years, working directly with local governments and community members. When not in the office, you will likely find him working as the financial advisor for his family’s company, SanTed Project Management, a role he’s taken on even before his formal academic endeavors in university.

His attention to detail, ambition, and practical attitude makes his work ethic strong and his results high quality. With his knowledge and skills, Taniela founded Tokoni Accounting Services to provide members of his community the pragmatic financial guidance he believes every individual and local business deserves.
